During this unprecedented and historical time of confusion, we are here for you! While we may not meet together as a physical assembly, we still encourage home ministry and we are praying for our community, our nation, and our world. As a church, we choose to follow CDC health guidelines which currently do not recommend large group gatherings. However, there are plenty of ways to engage your family to promote spiritual growth during uncertain times. The peace found in prayer and scripture is a valuable coping method for many who feel stressed or anxious. Please explore the links below for ideas to engage your family in some daily truth.

Children feel everything we’re going through, even when they don’t understand exactly what is wrong. Make sure to reassure them, use this as time of faith building, and keep them busy with the links above or try some of these fun activities:
1. Memorize the books of the bible.
2. Watch these humorous bible stories on YouTube from Saddleback Kids.
3. Create a new hymn using scriptures from the book of Psalms…maybe we can sing it when we return to church!
4. Try memorizing an entire chapter of scriptures – Maybe Psalm 23
5. Take a break from social media and try a FaceTime bible study between friends.
6. Exercise your brain with academic websites like CoolMath, ABCYa, or Coloring Squared.
7. Play family board games. Don’t have any? Create your own!
8. Allow your kids to help you cook a family meal and enjoy it around the table.
9. Stay-cation?! Maybe this is the perfect time to set up the tent in the back yard.
10. Spring cleaning is a fabulous way to keep young (and old) minds from wandering.
